Refund policy

At Still Becoming, we take great care in creating products that support your daily rituals.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace your item or provide a refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
